How to make it
Marinate pork with 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce.
Marinate liver/chicken with another tbsp of Premium Oyster Sauce.
Stir-fry pork in 2 tbsp oil until half done. Add liver/chicken and stir-fry until both are done.
Pour in thickening and heat through.
Add cashew nuts and stir well.
