How to make it

  1. Marinate beef for 15 mins. Blanch celery in boiling water for a short while. Drain.
  2. Stir-fry shallots in oil. Add beef and stir-fry until almost cooked.
  3. Sprinkle with cooking wine. Add peach, celery and sauce mix. Cook until heated through.
