Steamed Salmon with Basil
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 400 g Salmon [fillet, 2pcs]
- 1 tbsp. Capsicum (s) [chopped]
- 1 tbsp. Shallots [chopped]
Marinade
- 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped Dried basil
- 2 tsp. Corn starch
- Pepper to taste

How to make it
Mix salmon with marinade.
Put salmon on a piece of oiled foil. Sprinkle with capsicum and shallot.
Wrap up to form a packet and steam over high heat for about 10 minutes or until done.
