Slice sirloin steak across the grain as thinly as possible.
-
In a bowl, marinate the steak slices with 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, ¼ cup Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, 3 tbsp. mirin, and 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Toss to combine.
-
Heat 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a large skillet, over medium heat. When oil is simmering, add asparagus, ginger, and 1” scallion pieces and cook about 3 minutes. Then remove the vegetables from the pan and set aside.
-
Heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in the same skillet. Add a single layer of sirloin steak. Cook 3 minutes without moving. Then with a thin spatula flip meat.
-
Immediately add cooked vegetables back into the pan and the remainder of the Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce. Cook tossing until meat is cooked through and sauce has thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Stir fry with salt.
-
Divide the mixture among 4 plates and serve with cooked rice and thinly sliced scallions.
