How to make it

In a bowl whisk together all sauce mix ingredients. Set aside.

Cook spaghetti as per packet instructions. Drain, toss in Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and broccoli and cook, stirring often, for about 3-4 minutes. Add bok choy, cashews, ginger and garlic and fry for another minute, adding extra oil if necessary.

Add sauce mix and spaghetti and stir until well combined and hot, about 3 minutes. Serve hot with mung bean sprouts.
