How to make it

  1. Sauté onion until cooked through. Cool and set aside. Stir together beef, onions, black pepper, and seasoning mix. Mix well until a paste-like consistency is formed.
  2. Coat boiled eggs evenly with flour. Take half of the meat mixture and shape it evenly around 1 boiled egg. Dip into the flour and beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs until evenly coated. Repeat each step for the other egg.
  3. Deep fry the eggs in warm oil for 5 minutes until golden-brown, and serve.
