Sauteed Diced Beef Tenderloin in XO Sauce

- 200g Angus Rib Eye Loin (diced into 2 cm cubes)
- 2 pcs Garlic (sliced)
- 10g Butter
Marinade
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
Sauce Mix
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce

How to make it
Marinade diced beef tenderloin with marinade for 5 minutes.
Sautéed sliced garlic for a while and set aside.
Heat up the pan with medium heat and melt the butter.
Place beef tenderloin on the pan, pan-fry it until all sides become golden brown and set aside.
Add sauce and sliced garlic, ready to serve.
