How to make it

  1. In a wok heat the oil and fry the pine nuts until golden. Remove.
  2. Add the garlic to the wok, then the chicken mince, and cook to break up all the mince. Stir in the San Choy Bao sauce, spring onions, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
  3. Spoon into the lettuce cups and serve immediately.
