How to make it
Marinate chickens for 30 minutes.
Put potatoes in boiling water and simmer until tender. Remove skin and mash.
Saute mushrooms and green onions in 2 tbsp oil. Add mushrooms, green onions and seasoning mix to mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Stuff potatoes into chickens. Seal the tails of the chickens with skewers.
Bake chickens at 190°C [375F] hot oven for 30-35 minutes until done, turning once.
