How to make it

  1. Marinate chickens for 30 minutes.
  2. Put potatoes in boiling water and simmer until tender.  Remove skin and mash.
  3. Saute mushrooms and green onions in 2 tbsp oil.  Add mushrooms, green onions and seasoning mix to mashed potatoes.  Mix well.
  4. Stuff potatoes into chickens.  Seal the tails of the chickens with skewers.
  5. Bake chickens at 190°C [375F] hot oven for 30-35 minutes until done, turning once.
