80 g Bacon (diced)
2 Avocadoes
500 g Potatoes (cut into pieces)
80 g Carrots (cut into pieces)
1/4 cup Milk
Seasoning
2 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
Chopped chives or chopped Italian parsley as desired

Hoisin Sauce
How to make it
Cook potatoes and carrots separately in boiling water with salt until soft.
Remove skin and pit from avocadoes. Blend flesh with milk to form dressing.
Stir-fry bacon until crispy and golden.
Mix all ingredients with dressing and hoisin sauce. Serve warm.
