How to make it

  1. Heat a little cooking oil in a pan or work, add garlic, ginger and seafood and pan fry till just cooked.
  2. Toss through chopped chives and remove from heat.
  3. Plate and serve drizzled with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame oil and Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood to taste.
