How to make it

  1. Place lettuce cups on serving plates.

  2. Heat oil in a wok or pan and stir-fry minced garlic and chopped onion for 1 minute.

  3. Add pork, salt and ground black pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. water and cover for 1 minute.
  4. Add carrot and water chestnuts and stir-fry briefly.
  5. Stir in 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Spoon in lettuce cups and garnish with spring onion.
