Ingredients
- 900 g Duck [½ pc, trim fat and halved]
Sauce Mix
- 410 ml Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade
- 410 ml Water

How to make it
Bring sauce mix to the boil. Add duck and cook for 1 hour over medium heat. Turn several times while cooking.
Take out duck and chop into pieces. Serve with a little hot sauce.
