How to make it

  1. Rub the lamb with the salt and pepper and smother in the sweet and sour sauce.
  2. Roast at 200 °C till cooked, according to the weight of the lamb.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and toss the vegetables with the sweet and sour sauce till cooked.
  4. Place the vegetables on a plate and top with slices of the sticky lamb leg.
