Cut the chicken fillet/ drumstick into small pieces.
Marinade chicken drumsticks/ fillet for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Chop the ingredients and set them aside.
Cook the chicken with the MOS-Sauce, garlic, and ginger first. Then, add onion, capsicum, scallion to cook with the chicken. Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine at the end.
Add coriander on top for deco purpose.
