What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 2 Small zucchini, washed, removed ends, cut into half-inch thick pieces lengthwise
- 227g Bok choy, washed, removed ends, cut in half
- 113g Capsicum, red and yellow, seeded, cut into strips
- 0.9kg Rib eye steak, boneless, cut into half inch thick
Marinade
- 6 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 4 tbsp Canola oil

How to make it

Marinate steak with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce and 2 tbsp canola oil for 15-20 minutes.

Grill steak according to preference. Keep covered. Set aside.

Drizzle remainder of canola oil onto vegetables.
