Cook green beans in boiling water until tender. Rinse with cold water and drain.

Marinate tuna with 2 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, dry sherry and Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger for 20 minutes.

Combine 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, 1 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp. olive oil and 1 tbsp. vinegar. Mix well and set aside. (soy sauce dressing).

Grill tuna for 1 minute on each side. Cool before slicing.

Assemble tuna and vegetables and drizzle soy sauce dressing and serve.
