How to make it

Mix marinade ingredients together, add tofu, cover and refrigeratefor at least an hour or up to overnight.

In a wok or fry pan, over a high heat, add oil and strained tofu (retain marinade liquid to add at the end), stir fry until it begins to golden. Add onion, zucchini and pak choy, stir fry in batches until vegetables begin to tender, but still have a crunch to them.

Add noodles and reserved marinade - warm through quickly, then finish by folding throughLee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and shallots, then serve immediately.
