120g Fettuccine
120g Clam meat ,chilled
50g Button mushroom
½ pc Capsicum
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp cream, optional
Parmesan Cheese, for serving, optional
Seasoning
4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Basil, chopped
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
4 tbsp White wine

How to make it
Cook fettuccine in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
Sauté chopped garlic in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add clam meat, button mushrooms, capsicum and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add fettuccine, seasoning mix and heat through. Stir in fresh cream and parmesan cheese powder.
