How to make it
Stir fry mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil. Add beef and pumpkin, stir well.
Remove from heat, add oyster sauce and mashed sweet potatoes, mix well as fillings. Cool.
Wrap some filling into each wonton wrappers. Beat the egg and glaze the rim to seal.
Deep fry wonton in hot oil until golden yellow. Drain and arrange on plate.
Microwave the sweet and sour sauce in a covered container for 1 minute as a dipping sauce.
