  • 200 g Spaghetti (cooked and drained)
  • 200 g Carrot (julienne)
  • 200 g Zucchini (julienne)
  • 200 g Celery (julienne)
  • 200 g Snow Peas (julienne)
  • 2 Onions (finely sliced)
  • 2 cups Coriander (chopped)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
