How to make it

Marinate the mackerel.
Pan-fry the mackerel in 2 tbsp oil until golden. Set aside.
Sauté onion in 1 tbsp oil, add chilli and turnip. Stir well until heated through.
Return mackerel to pan with the mixed sauces. Cook over low heat until sauce thickened and ingredients cooked.
