How to make it

  1. Mix mayonnaise, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil in a small bowl, set aside.

  2. In a separate small bowl, toss coriander, rocket mint and tomato together - set aside.

  3. Cook bacon over a medium to high heat and set aside.

  4. Build each breakfast wrap in layers starting with the sauce, then bacon, avocado, herb & tomato salad, crumbled fetta and set aside to wait for eggs.

  5. In a hot pan with the leftover bacon grease, add butter then garlic, eggs and drizzle Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil (making sure you use the chilli pieces as well as the oil) all over the eggs and fry sunny side up. Flip garlic during the cooking process, then remove eggs and garlic from pan and layer onto the rest of the ingredients and serve with extra chilli and limes. Add the pieces of garlic to each plate as a delicious garnish.
