How to make it

  1. Prepare Ingredients.

  2. Prepare the sauce for marinating the pork overnight.

  3. Thread 3 pieces of pork and place 3 cherries in between onto a skewer. Brush them with a mixture of Cherry Glaze and Char Siu sauce, then put them in the oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.

  4. Take out from the oven and brush again with a mixture of Cherry Glaze and Char Siu sauce. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

  5.  Take out from the oven and brush with Cherry Glaze sauce. Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes.
