How to make it

  1. Prepare Ingredients.

  2. Prepare the sauce for marinating the pork overnight.

  3. Thread 3 pieces of pork. Brush them with a mixture of Char Siu sauce, then put them in the oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.

  4. Take out from the oven and brush again with a mixture of Char Siu sauce. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

  5. Cook 150g of a mixture of Char Siu sauce with 50ml of water, and brush it onto the skewers. Then it is ready to be served.
