How to make it
Marinate beef fillets with 1 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce for 10 minutes.
Blanch broccoli and carrots for 2 minutes, then drain.
Stir-fry beef fillets in medium to high heat oil for 2 minutes.
Add mixed vegetables and cooked noodles to the wok with the remaining sauces and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes until heated through.
Tips: For a vegetarian version, take out the beef fillets and swap Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce with Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir Fry Sauce.
