Marinade pork ribs evenly on both sides. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and marinate for 1 hour.
Mix the sauce. Sauté diced onion and tomato then add the sauce mix to cook. After cooked, marinate sauce evenly on both sides of the ribs. Wrap the ribs with two layers of aluminum foil.
Bake in a 150-180 °C preheated oven for 1.5-2 hours. Remove the aluminium foil and serve.
