How to make it

  1. Mix together all marinade ingredients, add salmon and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
  2. At a temperature of 200°C, airfry for 4 minutes, check, turn if required and then airfry for a further 3 – 4 minutes depending on desired doneness.
  3. Serve with greens and garnish with sesame seeds.
