How to make it

  2. Toss the chicken with 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. Place the chicken thighs on the air fryer rack. Cook for 8 minutes at 180°C. Remove from the air fryer to a chopping board to rest. Then place the bacon on the air fryer rack. Cook for 6 minutes at 180°C. Transfer bacon to the chopping board, let cool.

  3. Chop chicken and bacon into bite sized pieces.

  4. Microwave rice pouch as per packet instructions. Pour into a large bowl and let cool. Combine sauce mix.

  5. Stir rice, sauce mix, prepared vegetables, chicken, bacon and whisked egg together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a nonstick ovenproof pan that fits your air fryer basket (depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to work in batches). Cook at 180°C for 18 minutes, stirring every 6 minutes, until rice is crispy and delicious.

  6. Serve fried rice topped with garnishes. Yum!
