Lee Kum Kee Weijixian Seasoned Soy Sauce is made from selected soybeans, naturally brewed by traditional Chinese fermentation process which creates mellow soy taste and fresh aroma. It does not have any artificial flavourings and preservatives. It is of versatile applications--dipping, dressing and stir-frying, marinating, and matches for Northern Chinese flavour profile.
