THE ORIGINAL OYSTER SAUCE!
IT ALL STARTED OVER 130 YEARS AGO WHEN OUR FOUNDER MR. LEE KUM SHEUNG INVENTED OYSTER SAUCE! THAT’S RIGHT, THE FIRST DELICIOUS UMAMI-FILLED, RICH, THICK OYSTER SAUCE IN THE WHOLE WORLD WAS MADE RIGHT HERE AT LEE KUM KEE. AND TO THIS DAY IT’S STILL MADE WITH REAL OYSTER EXTRACT WITH NO ADDED ARTIFICIAL OYSTER FLAVOURS.

It all happened in Nanshui, Zhuhai, Guangdong Province of China and was the start of a long and delicious journey.
