DUMPLINGS ARE GREAT, PRAWNS ARE GREAT, CHICKEN, TOFU AND BEANS ARE GREAT! BUT THEY’RE NOTHING WITHOUT A DIPPING SAUCE, RIGHT? WE ASKED OUR TEAM WHAT THEIR FAVOURITE DIPPING SAUCES ARE AND THIS IS WHAT THEY CAME UP WITH! SIMPLE RECIPES WITH COMPLEX FLAVOURS, THANKS TO LEE KUM KEE INGREDIENTS.
These are our favourites, in no particular order. Try all of them! Two of them are even gluten free (we hear you). And if you’re running short on time, don’t forget that we have already prepared some amazing sauces that are delicious for dipping straight out of the bottle, we’ll tell you all about those in at the end! INGREDIENTS:
• 125g (half the bottle) Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce
• 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
• 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil
• 4 tbsp Water
• 1 tbsp Honey
METHOD: Whisk all ingredients together and pour into dipping bowls.
INGREDIENTS:
• 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Gluten Free Soy Sauce • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil • 1 Lime, juiced • 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar • 2 tbsp White sugar • 4 tbsp Water • ½ tsp Salt |
METHOD: Add all ingredients into a glass jar and shake. Set the jar aside for five minutes and then shake again till the sugar dissolves. Pour into dipping bowls; or keep in jars to use as gifts!
INGREDIENTS: • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce • 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce • 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure sesame oil • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine • 2 tbsp Honey • 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar |
METHOD: Whisk all ingredients together and pour into dipping bowls.
INGREDIENTS: • 125ml Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil • 1 tbsp oil • 1/2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil • 125ml White vinegar • 2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds • ½ tsp Salt • 1 pinch Ground black pepper |
METHOD: Whisk all ingredients together and pour into dipping bowls.
INGREDIENTS: • 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic • 10g Chives, finely chopped • 2 tbsp water • 10g Ginger, finely grated • 1 tsp Caster sugar |
METHOD: Whisk all ingredients together, allow to stand for 5 minutes, whisk again, making sure the sugar is dissolved and pour into dipping bowls.

HANDY HINTS:
• Make double batches and give dipping sauces as gifts!
• Store dipping sauces in the fridge, but bring them to room temperature before using, they’re more flavourful that way.
