Call it Moon, Lantern, or Mid-Autumn Festival, it all celebrates our rich tradition of moon gazing and the immortality of celestial bodies. It’s a time when we tell the ancient story of the great rabbit being sent to live in the moon - and it’s a time of fun and feasting. While it’s Spring and not Mid-Autumn in our part of the world, we still celebrate by gathering to eat great food, gaze at the moon, munch on mooncakes and light paper lanterns!
