How to make it

  1. Blanch squid in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry onions and red chillies until fragrant. Toss in cucumbers and stir-fry for 1 min.
  3. Add in blanched squid. Stir in seasoning mix. Cook until heated through. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
