  • 300g Chicken fillet (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Red chilli (sliced)
  • 120g Button mushrooms (sliced)
  • 50g Baby corns (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce

Marinade

  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 1 tsp Corn starch

How to make it

  1. Mix chicken with marinade ingredients.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry red chillies. Add chicken and stir-fry until almost cooked. Add button mushrooms, baby corns and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 mins then, dish out and serve.
