How to make it

  1. Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry chicken until cooked through.
  3. Add mushrooms and capsicums. Stir-fry for about 1 min. Add seasoning mix and noodles.
  4. Stir well until heated through. Dish out and serve.
