How to make it

Place noodles in warm water and heat gently, then set aside.

In a large pan or wok, heat oil, add Lup Cheong and fry, add shitake mushrooms, snow peas, and bean sprouts and stir fry, add noodles and toss together. In a small bowl, mix together, Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy sauce and mix through noodles.
Next, stir through chives. Add a dash of Panda Brand Oyster Sauce to your own dish and stir well before serve.
