How to make it
Add the vegetable broth to a pot and bring to a low boil. Place in Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, miso paste and boil until miso paste has dissolved and the garlic and ginger are soft, for about 5 minutes or so.
Add Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, salt, pepper and half of the sliced green onions. Cook another 5 minutes until the onions have softened.
Add in the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes, holding them under the broth until soft. Remove from the heat and gently pull the noodles apart with chopsticks.
Garnish with a soft boiled egg, cut in half, more sliced green onion and chili or hot sauce.
