How to make it

Marinating sliced beef with marinade for 4 minutes. Trimmed and rinsed enoki mushrooms.
Rolled up enoki mushrooms in the sliced beef.
Pan-fry beef rolls in 1 tbsp oil in a fry pan over medium heat until cooked.
As a marinate, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce soften the texture of beef without the need of any additional starch.
