What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • 400 g Beef tenderloin/Ribeye [cut into 1 inch cube]
  • 50 g Sweetened roasted walnut
  • 90 g Asparagus [peeled and sectioned]
  • 25 g Red Chili [cut into pieces]
  • 1 tbsp Roasted shrimp roe
  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce

  • 1 ½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

How to make it

  1. Marinate beef for 15 minutes. Mix well.
  2. Stir-fry beef in 1 tbsp oil until almost done and both sides are golden yellow.
  3. Add asparagus and red chili and stir-fry until fragrant. Add XO Sauce, shrimp roe and sweetened roasted walnut. Stir well until heated through.
