How to make it

Marinate beef for 15 minutes. Mix well.
Stir-fry beef in 1 tbsp oil until almost done and both sides are golden yellow.
Add asparagus and red chili and stir-fry until fragrant. Add XO Sauce, shrimp roe and sweetened roasted walnut. Stir well until heated through.
