How to make it

  1. Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain. Combine seasoning mix in a bowl, set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat up oil and stir-fry shiitake mushrooms until fragrant. Add white fungus, carrots, mushrooms and baby corns. Stir-fry for 1 min.
  3. Toss in egg noodles and drizzle in seasoning mix ingredients. Stir until well combined and heated through. Dish out and serve.
