2 slices Ginger (s) (shredded)
1 pc Green onion(s) (shredded)
2 pcs Green onion(s) (cut into 10cm sections)
60 ml Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Hot oil

How to make it
Put fish on sectioned green onions. Steam for 7 minutes or until done. Drain off excess liquid.
Place shredded green onion and ginger on top of the fish. Pour over hot oil and Premium Soy Sauce.Remarks: Bass or pomfret can be used.
