Sliced Abalone in Oyster Sauce

How to make it

Cook vegetables in boiling water until tender.  Drain.  Arrange on a serving pate.
Heat 2 tbsp oil.  Stir in sauce mix and sliced abalone.  Cook until sauce thickened and put on top of vegetables.  Garnish with shredded Jinhua ham.  Serve hot.
