How to make it

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, shell and chop.
  2. Roll out pastry and line greased tartlet cases.
  3. Bake tartlets at 200°C [400F] hot oven until crust and golden yellow.
  4. Fry bacon in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add onion and Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Stir in hard-boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Spoon the fried filling onto baked tartlet cases.
