Pork And Egg Flower Soup
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 250g Pork (sliced)
- 1250ml Water
- 400g Tomatoes (cut into pieces)
- ½ pc Onion (sliced)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
Marinade
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
Sauce Mix
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Corn starch
- 1 tbsp Water

How to make it
Mix pork with marinade ingredient.
Bring water to a boil. Add pork, tomatoes and onion. Cook for about 10 mins. Add sauce mix ingredients to the soup.
Bring the soup to a boil. Turn off the heat and add beaten egg, stirring quickly to form egg flower. Serve hot.
