How to make it

  1. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry shallots until fragrant. Add in eggs and stir-fry until half cooked. Toss in rice, char siu, seasoning mix and spring onions. Stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
  2. Dish out and serve.
