How to make it

  1. 1. Marinate minced pork for 1 hr. Spread minced pork on baking paper and cover with cling wrap. Flatten with a rolling pin into a 2mm thick square. Discard the cling wrap and place the minced pork together with baking paper on an oven tray.
  2. 2. Bake pork at 150°C preheated oven for about 20 mins. Take out and turn the pork over on another new baking paper and bake for another 15 mins or until done. Remove from oven.
  3. 3. Turn the oven temperature to 170°C. Brush with honey on both sides. Bake each side for 4 mins.
  4. 4. Remove and allow to cool. Cut into smaller pieces and serve.
