How to make it

  1. Add the vegetable broth to a pot and bring to a low boil. Place in Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, minced ginger, miso paste and boil until miso paste has dissolved and the garlic and ginger are soft, for about 5 minutes or so. 
  2. Add Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, salt, pepper and half of the sliced green onions. Cook another 5 minutes until the onions have softened. 
  3. Add in the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes, holding them under the broth until soft. Remove from the heat and gently pull the noodles apart with chopsticks. 
  4. Garnish with a soft boiled egg, cut in half, more sliced green onion and chili or hot sauce.
