Prepare a grill. Rub fish with 1 tbsp oil and season with salt and white pepper. Grill fish until cooked through. Put fish onto a serving platter; set aside.
Place a wok over high heat until hot. Add remaining 4 tbsp oil, swirling to coat sides.
Add ginger, green onions, preserved vegetables, and garlic; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 10 seconds. Add Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood, sugar and Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil; cook until sugar dissolves.
