How to make it

  1. Heat oil in a pan and pan fry potatoes until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Drain off most oil.
  2. Add minced pork to potatoes and fry until cooked through. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade and heat through.
  3. Dish out and garnish with red chillies, parsley and mint leaves.
